Health and Safety is of paramount importance to Integra Cleaning Group.

We recognise our responsibilities for the health and safety of all personnel, not just for our employees but for our clients and suppliers too.

We are proud to be accredited by both SafeContractor and CHAS who recognise the high standards of health and safety that we implement each and every day. We consistently monitor and measure procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for our staff and all personnel who come in contact with our operations.

Method statements and risk assessments are carried out by a trained member of the management team at all of our new and existing client sites. Every statement and assessment is unique to the site and job in question. We continually vet our health and safety performance as per our annual appraisal with SafeContractor and CHAS. All of our operatives are trained in health and safety awareness.

Some key conduct areas include:

  • Company and site induction training for every employee
  • Machinery induction training where required
  • Health and safety awareness – providing policies and guidelines
  • Monitoring hazardous substances – COSHH data sheets & assessments
  • Provision of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Emergency procedures, accident and incident reporting.

To keep our staff fully informed we store the relevant hard copies of assessments and method statements at each contract site. The master register containing the safety data sheets and COSHH records for all chemicals we use is continually updated. We regularly audit the products and methods we use on site and ensure all staff are kept up to date with any changes to health and safety matters.

ISO9001 – Quality Management System:

We work closely with our clients to ensure that we are consistently providing the highest level of quality and service – aiming not only to meet, but to exceed their expectations.

We have implemented an effective in-house Quality Management System (QMS) which has been independently certified to the ISO9001 standard and is reassessed annually. This accreditation recognises our ongoing dedication to maintaining and monitoring our core processes, in order to continually develop the quality and integrity of the services we provide.
